"It has changed my life!"

Hi, I'm Michelle. I just lost almost 60 pounds. It has changed my life. It has changed the lives of my boyfriend who did the program with me. He had to have knee surgery. They wanted him to lose 60 pounds and he lost it and then some. He is a new person and that makes me very happy and he gets to look at me, and I'm a new person too because we did it together.

It's hard to talk about my life before because I had pretty much given up of ever feeling better or looking better. I had bought all new clothes, which was fun, and I did it a little early because now they're starting to get big too. But that's a fun problem to have.
